the motherboard is BTX. Dell case is proprietary that it has predrilled mounting holes on the chassis wall. you will need to find a BTX case and hope that it can match the 360 cpu heatsink mounting holes.
one option is to get a Dell oem heatsink for the BTX board and LGA775 socket. optiplex 745/755/760/780 share nearly identical heatsinks in the same form factor (MT, DT, SFF). the 300 series are basically entry version of the mainstream business 700 series, i.e., 360 is an entry version of 760.

Thats the thing, I have found a case that works. I'm looking for a possible aftermarket CPU cooler
