Optiplex 380

Question

So I have a padlock on my pc to prevent anyone from getting to the insides, but me if I needed a look. And one day, I left the key out to the padlock and the next 4 days, it was gone. I have tried picking the lock, Finding the key, but no luck. Please, Please help me.
