Optiplex 5040 Mini Tower GPU upgrade

Question

I have not touched the original PSU supplied in the box, I guess 240W, I am having a look to upgrade the card, at the moment would not mind buying something cheap and test, I found this in eBay.  I know it is a generic card from China, please spare lectures, will be compatible with the PC? I'm not lecturing, but cautioning. A few years ago, when.I ordered PC fans directly from that country, I received plenty of spam and had accounts hacked into and attempted hacks.
