Other than the error code lights, does the system perform without problems? I ask because from what you described it sounds like a TPM detection problem.
Full system diagnostic is done and no error found. Different RAM has been changed and checked. RAM replaced in different slot and checked. Latest Bios version updated.

Below are the steps to fix this issue:
Full system diagnostic is done and no error found.
Different RAM has been changed and checked.
RAM replaced in different slot and checked.
