That does not look like a oem stock fan for 5060 tower.

Some user installed a custom usb2.0 powered chassis fan.  Another option is to install a PCIe slot fan which cools video card if needed.

optiplex often has only one stock chassis fan, and neither motherboard or psu provide additional fan power connectors.  imo it is not a good idea to use motherboard sata power for 12V fan via a third party adapter.  To add a 4 pin fan, you may need to upgrade the psu.

I really don't believe 1 additional fan will trip a 260w PSU (MT), or the 200w PSU (SFF).

Use a SATA power to molex (4-pin) adapter.  If you can't lose a SATA power connection, use a splitter or SATA power rail that's like an outlet strip.  Doubt you'll need a SATA power rail, but wanted to mention.

The mini tower does not have front case fan, so your system must be a 5060 SFF.  While the tower offers a rear case fan, the small form factor does not have one.  Instead it relies on the CPU cooler fan with special designed cover to channel all heated air to the rear chassis.

There is marking on motherboard but there is no system fan header for the 5060 SFF.  With a proper PWM fan splitter, you should be able to tap into the CPU fan header to add an 80mm fan to the existing fan mount at the front.

@Chino de Oro After reading your message, I started getting a Rear fan Failure message maybe after a BIOS update using support assist. Anyways I have a 5060 sff, it doesnt have a rear case fan.

I tried resetting the CMOS Battery. i still get the rear fan failure error. press f1

Do you have any idea what to do?
