Optiplex 5070 SFF media card header

On the the 5070 SFF motherboard is a 19 pin "media card reader header", is that a standard usb3.0 header that can be used for an addition usb 3.0 hub device in a case swapp?

@redxps630 Usb 2.0 is usually 9 pin black header. This has 19 pins and is blue, yet all info about the motherboard headers only says media card reader, why wouldn't Dell just say it's a usb 3.0 header.

it is designed for the media card reader only but would work with USB 3.0 front ports.  In older dell mobo has 9 pin header for older style MCR.  5070 has Front IO built in mobo.  the board can not be swapped to non-dell case without losing those ports.  the oem board was designed for 5070 SFF case only therefore no need to add universal USB3.0 amenity.

It's a large case I'm swapping it in and I have the power button adapter. I plan on using the front IO usb's internally in the case (external HDD enclosures mounted on psu shroud). But wanted to use an additional usb 3.0 header connection for a 5.25 bay drive. I have never heard of any company designating what kind of drive can be used with a standard header before, so I'm inquiring if it's not just a standard header but just looks like one.

Ok, so I tried a 5.25 bay multi drive with a usb 3.0 header plug on it and the USB ports on the bay drive were not recognized. So I would say it is not a usb 3.0 header but a proprietary look a like designed for a proprietary sd card reader daughter board only.

I have a motherboard that has the 20-1 blue header FUSB 1 for a USB type C port. I move the board to a different case with USB 3 type A port. I connected the type A port to the header but when I plug in flash drive nothing is detected. I am puzzled and I may speculate that these look alike 20-1 headers are not all the same. I shall open up a new discussion soon.
