Optiplex 7010 black boot error
Dell Optiplex 7010 black screen
My Dell Optiplex has been booting with a black screen, no external I/O responses, not turning off when power button is pressed, and two yellow lights on front (photo attached).

If no video at all that is a No POST issue. First thing to try is replace CMOs battery with a brand new one and clear CMOs settings by jumper reset on motherboard.
