Optiplex 7010 extremely slow

That sounds like an access problem, modem, router, ISP problems and not the PC. 

Same issue. Super slow to boot, we're talking 4-5 minutes ! 16GB memory (2x8 in slots 1 and 3), 500GB 7200 rpm win 10 64b. It's been slow but now it's not usable. When I type, the characters populate at 1 per 1-2 seconds and seem to never keep up so hitting a tab after your password always is out of sync. Furthermore, I have replaced the HDD with an SSD with Linux on it and have changed the memory trying each module.on it's own, matched channels, etc. No change. What the heck? I was thinking maybe the power supply was faulty and it was throttling the CPU but have not delved into those voltages yet. Online benchmark 15 puts that picture up in blocks of 8...takes 5 seconds for each block to post! Iirc the cpu is a quad core I7 or maybe even an 8 core? I was doing this with 3 minutes before I had to leave for work so ill have to get back to it.
