If you are asking about the message on screen, judging by your picture you have a video card but plugged the monitor cable into the wrong port. The video card is below the port that you plugged into. Move your cable to the video card port which lies below the motherboard integrated ports.

The arrow points to the video card.

 

EDIT:After looking at the user's manual, it would appear that you used a VGA cable instead of an HDMI or DP cable to your monitor. I see your monitor has an HDMI logo on it so assume that it is HDMI capable.

Update: I tried to plug it in the hdmi spot from the video card to the monitor, but it just says no signal

Try reset bios.

also if possible verify that hdmi cable is good by testing it on another pc.

And make sure you have the drivers for that video card installed and the video card may have a connector that requires a power supply plug. And as previously mentioned, check the HDMI cable with another computer or on your TV if you have a cable or satellite box.
