After I put everything inside again I connected it and doesnt turn on, just the orange light from the power button flashes. I have tried everything from put in back the original PsU ( i currently have a corsair CX 550) testing it withour graphic card, without SSD, with different sticks od ram in different places and nothing

Well I took the PC to repair and they told me that the processor was not receiving enough energy, apparently I moved something, tested the processor on another computer and worked, had to change the motherboard (bought one for 20$) and everything is fine now, thanks everyone for your help. I'm gonna be careful next time I clean

Dell BIST Test

BIST = Built in self test.  It'll have you disconnect all peripherals and reconnect one by one, pushing the test button on the PSU in between.  It might take a little while as PC should be unplugged whenever working on the inside of it.  Before starting, you can push PSU test button and see if it gives you green light to begin with.  If it does, peripherals are good and PSU might be bad, but I don't think you have two bad PSU's.  Use the original PSU for this.

First, if it hasn't been done in the last 5 years, change the size 2032 CMOS battery and see if that changes anything.

Solid amber = bad MB.  This was ruled out as green light still lit with it hooked up.

Green light when pushing test doesn't always mean good PSU, as a bad PSU can still power fans with test button pushed.  Hence BIST test.  But as iterated, I don't think 2 bad PSU's are involved.

try clear cmos by jumper reset on motherboard.  flashing amber light of power button is a common Dell pc issue which means system could not POST.  bad psu is a good thought but you have already ruled it out (unlikely both psu are bad at same time).  other causes include motherboard failure which may or may not have anything to do with cleaning.  you basically have to go through a list of usual suspects trying to revive the board.  This is like doing CPR on a flat line board.

Already test the green light method with original PSU, changing the battery might work

I had the same issue and the problem was my DisplayPort Cable. Why?

- The PC starts and runs fine (Optiplex 7010 - Core i-7 3770 3.4GHZ - 16GB RAM - 250 SSD)
- The Power Supply I have is a 650W 80 Plus Bronze

So definetly not a bad PW Supply Unit or Motherboard.

But the MB was letting me know something was not right. The DisplayPort cable connector PIN #20 was supplying power from the monitor to the Motherboard causing the Motherboard to Amber Blink because the only 2 power supplies should only be the Power Supply unit and the Battery Coin. Therefore I had to cut the copper thin string of the DP cable (the colour of the cable on PIN 20 is white btw).

That automatically stop the Orange blinking and now is solid white!

So before replacing motherboard, check every port with every cable and see if gives you the amber light.

I spent 1 week trying port after port with 2 DP cables, and only 1 cable gave me the issue.

Hope this works!
