Humming seems to stop when the processor is working(opening a browser, program etc.) but reappears when th pc is idle.

Check for any loose connections. If external speakers, make sure the cable is plugged in good and not damaged (at either end). If more than one output sockets, say front and rear, try all to eliminate a bad output connection. For internal card, re-seat it and check any cables etc.
Look at any nearby device that could generate EMF, such as fluorescent lights, electric motors etc.

I tried the speaker with my laptop, there also huming/buzzing but only when I set the volume up. So most likely the speakers, the cable is not damaged. They are sitting on the two sides of an lcd monitor on the table. No other electric device is nearby. I also tried switching off the monitor. But the humming still there in this case too.
I read that in this forum that I should download a specific driver but it didnt help too. (I know its for OP3050 but who knows..) Also tried to delete realtek driver, but windows update keeps downloading and installing it.
To tell the truth I had an OP780 but it didnt work for some reason so I bought a 7010 for replacement. The point is, I was in a hurry and just cloned the hdd to the new ssd in the OP7010.
Could this cause this phenomenon?
