Optiplex 7010 SFF not booting with Secure boot on

Hello,

I imaged the OptiPlex 7010 SFF w/o issues. the system is been up for weeks.
after an OS updates the OS would not load unless I disable Secure boot.

I updated the BIOS to the latest one.

Anyone run into this issue?

then Secure boot is on > the boot process stops on the Dell splash screen.
