Optiplex 7010 SFF, U3423WE cannot choose 10 bit color depth

Hello, I just bought a Dell SFF 7010(2023) and a U3423WE , but I couldn't make them work at 10 bit color depth. I also put in a 01KNYY HDMI Card to get the HDMI 2.1. The display is setting at 3440x1440 60Hz 32bit, but neighter the DP1.4 nor the HDMI2.1 can make my U3423WE work at 10 bit.
