Optiplex 7040 SFF Bluetooth
I have an Optiplex 7040 SFF - is supposed to have bluetooth
Windows 10 build 19044
Device manager shows nothing for bluetooth and the bluetooth troubleshooter states this device doesnt have bluetooth
So I assume that it is not "ON" in the BIOS but do not see anywhere in the BIOS to turn it on
Any advise?

Does it have an internal WiFi/BT PCIe card, or possibly just a BT card? If not, then it doesn't have Bluetooth that I know of. External WiFi/BT and BT USB dongles are priced quite reasonable. Whatever works best for you.

Just so you know, no posting service tags. That's private info. I can't see your configuration from here. As of now, it looks like you'd have to get an internal card or a dongle.
Did you check it physically to see if it had any PCIe cards? Could you post a photo of the back of it and the inside of it?

Yes, you would see it in Device Manager if you had one.
This small BT dongle works great. Windows drivers load automatically. It uses an industry-standard Broadcom chipset.
