Optiplex 7060 and Windows 7

Question

I can find the Drive CAB for Windows 10 for the new 7060's, nothing for Windows 7, does this mean Win7 isn't supported for this model? A Google search for Optiplex 7060 and Windows 7 results nothing of use, I was hoping to either find a link to the CAB file or to something that states Optiplex model after the 7050 will not support win7.

You will have to get earlier model.
