Optiplex 7070 & 7060 Chipset Virtualization Failures.

We've discovered an issue with OptiPlex 7060/7070 desktops that did not occur on earlier Optiplex 7040/7050 desktops.  The configurations are all the same, OS installed in same exact process, operating system updates all at same version/patch level, Dell Command Update used to update all drivers/BIOS.  The Optiplex 7060/7070 produces faults and failures for the Hyper-V hypervisor. As indicated, the usage of client side Hyper-V in Windows 10 has had no issues with the same scripted setup on earlier Optiplex models. I have reimaged the devices in question multiple times, flashed the bios and  changed the bios virtualization settings. I have done everything in my power to make sure this device is working correctly but no matter what it seems to fail. It seems to definitely be related to chipset specific to the device in particular the virtualization of the processor as in the event viewer it states that triple fault in the processer causes the crash.
