Optiplex 7070 using integrated and discrete gpu simultaneously
Bios has no intel multi display option under video. It does list Auto, HD graphics, and 1-2 ATI video cards if 1-2 cards are installed
if a card is installed, but a single monitor is connected to onboard gpu, a start up error msg pops up “you have a discrete video card but you connected a video cable to onboard gpu”
but I think if there is >1 monitor connected to both onboard and discrete gpu, the error does not pop up.
in theory can connect up to 6 monitors : two to onboard DP x2, 4 to discrete R5 430 each having DPx2.
currently have 3 DP monitors connected 1 to onboard gpu, 1 to R5 430 GDDR5, 1 to R5 340 gddr3. Bios video set HD graphics as primary video. All three monitors work fine.
PS originally have dual R5 430 as Dell factory config and both recognized correctly in dev mgr. after replacing one with older R5 340, the 340 is recognized, but the R5 430 is now showing as R7 200 series.

Don't forget that the 7070 can also be outfitted with dual RX550 and optional HDMI daughterboard.

It may be due to fraudulent specifications.
I just received a 7070 Minitower which was supposed to have AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics included. However, there is zero evidence in the BIOS of it's existence. Only the standard integrated Intel graphics.
