[Optiplex 7760 AiO] Limited touch support
On Optiplex 7760 AiO Windows 10 shows that touchscreen has "Limited touch support" but should read "Full Touch Support"
Also under "Pen and Touch" options there are only two options and not possible to any more gestures.
On Windows 7 on different machine there are more options:
Touchscreen seems to be from Advanced silicon(HID\VID_2149&PID_6A11) could be Cooltouch CTS108 or Weida Hi-Tech CooltouchR system.

Installed universal touch driver which recognizes this touchscreen but it still shows limited touch support and but no additional options are available - UPDD driver
Seems we need DELL driver or touchscreen utility after all.

After working on this for a while I beleive I found the solution to limited touch support... likely just wrong. Scroll to the bottom of: https://www.urtech.ca/2020/06/solved-limited-touch-support-or-touching-one-screen-moves-pointer-on-second-touch-screen/
