Optiplex 790 randomly beeping on startup

So my brother done a system restore and when the computer was starting up there was a beep constantly my brother shut down the pc

could be ram chips are loose in DIMM. Remove all memory and reinstall only one at a time using proper technique. Each time when it boots well without beep, shut down then add another ram. Repeat this until all rams installed.

LOW SLOW BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP is bad ram and or failing power supply. Power button would be blinking amber.

Power button LED states (Note the Color for normal operation can be White or Blue or Green depending on exact model.)

Initial state of LED at power up.
Indicates system has power, but the POWER_GOOD signal is not yet active. Refer to the table below for specific troubleshooting suggestions.
Solid amber

Second state of the LED at power up. Indicates the POWER_GOOD signal is active and it is probable that the power supply is fine.
Blinking white

System is in a low power state, either S1 or S3. Does not indicate a fault condition.

System is in S0 state, the normal power state of a functioning machine.
The BIOS will turn the LED to this state to indicate it has started fetching operation codes.
