Optiplex 9020 PCIe and sATA secs
Hi
I have a few questions about the Optiplex 9020 SFF.
Are all PCIe ports PCIe3.0 or are there any ports limited to PCIe2.0?
There are 2 PCIe ports. 1x PCIe x16 and 1x PCIe x4. Can I use both at full speed at the same time? Or is it that when a PCIe3.0 x16 card is used then the 2nd port would be limited to x1 or something like that?
About sATA ports. There are 3 of them. Are they all sATAIII (6gbps)? Or is there any port limited to sATAII (3gbps)?
Thank you very much in advance for your help
Best,

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I have Dell Optiplex 9020 MT.
My expternal Nvidia 1650 video card plugged into the x16 (#5 PCI-e slot), but it's cooling system covers the x1 (#2 PCI-e slot) what make it unavailable. I want to plug in the Creative Sound card (it has PCI-e x1 slot) into x16 (#1 PCI-e slot). Will it cause reducing the #5 slot from x16 to x8 (or even x4)? Thank you.
Picture of what are #1, #2 and #5 slots attached to this post.
Also, I did not wanted to use old-gen PCI sound card in case of upgrade. But if other PCI-e slot will drop lines from my video card, what if I use PCI slot? Does it affect it or not?
