Optiplex 9020 RX 570
I was planning on using an RX 570 with my Dell Optiplex 9020. I am planning on moving it to a new case, so the size of the card won't be a problem. I am going to buy a good PSU but for now I have a secondary one with an adapter to power the GPU. The bios is fully up to date. Not sure about drivers. Right now when I turn on the PC, the GPU fans spin but there is no output on the GPU or IO. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

The RX570 requires a 450W PSU. I am not sure what you mean by secondary PSU but it sounds as if the GPU is not getting the proper power. Also you did install the correct drivers for the RX570 right? If not the card will not work properly.
