You can find copies on Ebay and Amazon but have you considered going to Windows 10? That version of Windows is supported on the 9020.

Current versions of windows are DUAL Layer DVD disks.

OEM System builder DVD will F12 boot from USB 2.0 optical drive and install on almost any dell from 2006 to now.

You use this specific disk with secure boot off to F12 boot from the disk.

It will then ask you to press enter to boot from the dvd.

You then install windows Home or PRO depending on what version is in bios.

You do this by telling the installer that you do not have a product key

Once windows is installed you download the cab file which has ALL Drivers for all things.

You copy the downloaded cab file into the my documents folder.

You then extract the contents of the cab file using 7zip.

Once thats done you right click on any yellow ! in device manager and say update from my pc instead of the internet.

If you truly want Windows 8 : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO

But I would just install Windows 10 using the embedded Windows 8 key. It will activate.

Also, if you are planning on installing Windows to a 2.5" SSD, you will want to buy a Orico 1125SS so that 2.5" SSD inside Orico 1125SS inside Dell's hard drive caddy .

Your Windows-10 is here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Yes, it will also Activate as genuine with that key.

A SSD (instead of HDD) is cheap, much-faster, and will help make-up for it's age.
