You might want to tell more.
Why did you install chrome?
What is "almost OK"?
Why did you change from legacy to uefi?
I would try this: Unplug everything possible from computer and motherboard, except power supply, keyboard, mouse, monitor.
See if you can get back into the bios and undo the things you.

Hi @donm4599x, You might want to elaborate on "everything." Should OP unplug HDD/SSD and/or anything else?
Hi @lubo9847, BIOS isn't for experimenting with and is for advanced users. A person should always know what they're doing before changing any settings other than the self-explanatory date & time.
Did you mean "on" instead of "of,".as in you turned "on" Legacy? I think that might be the way you meant it since UEFI would be the default.
If your HDD/SSD was loaded in UEFI, switching to Legacy will cause PC to not recognize the drive, and vice-versa. Unplug the drive, turn on PC, immediately press F2 for BIOS. Does the PC give you anything? If you get into BIOS, you got a lucky 2nd chance to undo any BIOS changes you remember doing. If not, MB may be bricked.
The 9020 micro does not have a BIOS Recovery tool feature. BIOS Recovery tool wasn't on Dell PC's until after Dec. 2015.
