I had a long power failure and bios battery was too old. When i started the machine , it's won't booting. Entered into the bios and find out, a password locked my bios. I tried all of my commonly used password but no success. I tried the reset methodes, but fail. At my PVB only an RTCRST and SERVICE_MODE jumpers, no PWSD jumper. Any suggestion ? Motherboard has 0PC5F7 sticker on it i think it's type of variaton ...

If your 9020 has the blue jumper, then it should also have the PSWD pins.  If blue jumper is on RTCRST pins, it's not going to boot.  It needs to be placed back on the PSWD pins.  If blue jumper is on Service_Mode pins, it should still boot.

If you're not finding the PSWD pins, let us know what size/form factor your 9020 is so we can upload an accurate image.  By the way, removing jumper from PSWD pins and turning it on or plugging back in resets the password.

Your OptiPlex 9020 Mini Tower has the password jumper located at #19 in picture of system board below.  Follow the User Manual link below for detailed instructions of reset (disable) the existing password(s).  For short, remove the password jumper, power on the computer, power off the computer, put the password jumper back on, boot computer on again.  Password should has been cleared.
