There is no official Dell documentation on the front panel connections. They have always been proprietary and undocumented.
Your only hope is that someone has documented this exact model and posted it on line somewhere. And it has to be specifically for this model as it can (and does) vary from model to model.
The other option is to buy a used empty 960 SFF case.
