Which system do you that is wanting the password? What settings did you change? If it is a desktop computer you can use the jumpers on the motherboard to clear bios password. Please provide the system model so that I can get you information that will help you resolve this issue. You can also click the link below and choose your computer model. Once you have the computer model up on the screen choose to download the online manual. Within the manual will be information to reset/clear bios passwords using the jumpers. There will be a picture showing you where the jumpers are located.

Password on black screen is BIOS password.
