Radeon HD 6450 Interface
I have Radeon HD 6450 ½ height video card with DVI-I and Display Port in Optiplex 7010
I will be connecting a dual monitors on this card. Is there any preference which port to use for primary display?

No, not really. Hopefully, both ports work concurrently.
The lower (native) resolution one should probably go on the DVI, but really it doesn't matter as long as they both display properly.
