Service Tag Search Error

Optiplex 3080 was purchased in Dec 2021. Called Dell Support multiple times going through Tech Support, Customer Care, then Business/Commercial. Business/Commercial was responsible for adding the Service Tag into the system. Everytime I was transferred, it seem someone would pick up the call and then hang up after a couple of seconds. I spoke with 2 people that put me on hold and then after awhile they hang up.

No, I know where this is. I am complaining about their customer support because The solution to my issue is to contact Dell Support but that's going nowhere because they keep hanging up.

This is user to user forum.  We can help to answer questions if you have machine issue.  If you need attention from Dell's employees, they may ask for your service tag to open a help ticket.

Are you searching/looking for your machine service tag?

Yup, useless without a working service tag.

Did you try the Get help now button on the bottom right of this screen?  You can also look at the right column under Dell Support Resources and select Contact Support.

Well, just try to help pointing you to the right direction.  About why the tag is not working or invalid, you probably have better info or knowing the reason.  Whatever it was, I hope you can get it sorted.
