Three (3) Monitors on Optiplex 7010

Hello all,

Hopefully, I can get some quick help here. I am currently running the below monitor connections and can only get two of the three to work at any one point in time. I will link screenshots as well, if the forum allows. Please let me know what I need to do to get all three monitors working at once. I am willing to buy any adapters necessary.

2x Display port to HDMI (single DP to HDMI cables; no extra adapters)
