Upgrading optiplex 7010 mt
So i have a dell optiplex 7010 mt and I've upgraded the psu to 700 watts. The cpu is an i7 3770. Im looking to see if i can upgrade my machine with a gtx titan x.
Thanks,

Titan X is a powerful gpu (close to 1080-ti). You probably need to mod 7010 case to have more fans in order to improve air flow. The optiplex case has only one small back exhaust fan.
your psu is good enough.

Thanks for the information. Will this be fine if i only run games such as fortnite and less demanding games . Also, just looking at my pc, it shows 1 fan facing towards the front and one facing down. Also what is the motherboard support like. Will it support the card?

I do not think you need to have titan x to play Fortnite.
Recommended system for Fortnite is gtx 960 or r9 280. If you like 1000 series GeForce then get a gtx 1060 or 1070, which are not so power hungry and good for Fortnite.
Your motherboard will support titan x no problem as long as you upgrade psu. Here are 3 users who validated titan x in 7010. https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCBuilder?searchTerm=Optiplex%207010%20titan
your pc has one rear exhaust fan (facing front) and one cpu heatsink fan (facing down). You can add a front air intake fan, mod the side panel to create air vent and add a side intake fan, or mod the top panel to add a top exhaust fan. You can also consider liquid cooling of gpu but that needs mod of gpu heatsink w water block, a bit more involved project.
