Using Optiplex 7450s as monitors

Question

I have a new Optiplex 7090 tower, loaded with all my programs.  A local company just donated 4 Optiplex 7450s with the hard drives removed. The donated units with built in cameras and speakers are much bigger and presumably better than my current mis-matched monitors with separate cameras and speakers. Can I use the 7450s as monitors/cameras/speakers only for my 7090 computer?

It wouldn't hurt to connect the 7450 to your 7090 tower for testing.

Function as a monitor, it's possible with HDMI-in

Camera and speakers, no. They are driven by drivers from 7450 and can't communicate with the 7090.
