Dell usually reserves higher spec for top tier line such as 7000.  3000 is budget entry level tier.  Vostro is not a business class model.

Thanks, i Saw that. So there are no other Dell desktops which support this technology?optiplex 3000 or vostro 3710?

VPro has two base components: chipset and CPU (then LAN/WiFi, etc.)
Only two desktop 600 series chipset have support for VPro: Q670 and W680
(there are two chipsets for embedded solutions too but they're not used in desktops).
If your desktop doesn't have those chipsets - then there's no VPro.
Most higher-end CPUs do support VPro (except for "F" index) on various levels (Essentials or Enterprise)
Low-end CPUs don't provide VPro functionality.

Of course BIOS have to have relevant settings too.

Therefore VPro machine is easy to find as long as you follow these requirements above.
