Wanting to upgrade my CPU
I am wanting to upgrade my computer CPU. I currently have a OptiPlex 9010 MT with a intel core i7-3770 CPU. I want to upgrade this so I can install windows 11 on my PC. What would be recommended?

You already have the top CPU for that motherboard. None of Dell systems could upgrade the processors spanning from third generation to eighth generation.
While there are workaround to bypass the Win 11 hardware requirements, a newer system will be your better upgrade choice performance wise.

to just keep using 9010 MT case, you can install any Intel 300 or high series mATX boardw 8/9 or 10/11th gen cpu in it, provided you also get a 9010 front IO panel adapter.
