What GPU for my Optiplex 7060

Question

I need a GPU to do editing on Adobe Premiere Pro. I've never had to install one, so I'm not sure what I'm looking for in terms of compatibility. I'm hoping to get an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, but have no idea if it will work with my computer. I'll be happy to provide more information if necessary.

Top Google answer:  GeForce GT 1030 also meets Netflix certification for 4K playback as long as your computer runs Windows 10 operating-system with latest patches.  Jul 27, 2017 What size is your 7060 and what CPU does it have?  From there, I can quite possibly suggest the top GPU that will work in it.

Adobe Premiere Pro recommends 200 to 300W or more GPU.

Premiere Pro: Premiere Pro first checks for the NVIDIA driver.

They also require the WHQL Quadro Drivers
