Wich CPU is compatible with my PC ?
Hello, I own an optiplex 3020 MT and would like to know wich CPU are compatible. It's equipped with an I3 4130. I also know some Intel Xeon are compatible, but not all with the same socket ?

Dell has not validated Xeon cpu for 3020 but users have validated Xeon in 3020 for this list

yes you do need to be concerned about cpu TDP. Dell stock cooler for 3020 MT is basic 65w. For 84-95w cpu you can upgrade to Dell oem performance 95w cooler.
you should be aware that 3020 MT motherboard accepts Dell proprietary 5 pin cpu fan only. when upgrading cpu cooler make sure new cooler also uses the same 5 pin fan.
For example, this Dell oem 95W cooler uses 5 pin fan and is c/w 3020.
I should add that Dell oem cpu for Optiplex 9020 are also c/w 3020 which includes
