Windows 11 Support, (2012) OptiPlex 7010

I know the (2012 model) OptiPlex 7010 doesn't have Windows 11 support, but when Windows 10 support ends in October 2025, should I leave my pc on Windows 10 or install Windows 11, since I really like the older pcs from like around (2011-2014) and I don't want anything happening to my pc, I know Microsoft is now allowing users to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, and my pc was shipped with Windows 7 back in August of 2012

Specs:

Intel Core i5-3550

NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

16gb DDR3 1600MHz

512gb SSD

Either is okay for 2025. Gradually browser support will be outdated and phase out for  Windows 10 but it still has a very large footprint now so Google chrome and Firefox will still support update for some time.
The older Optiplex is okay for general office use and easier for low budget tinkering compared to 7060-7090 Optiplex but some day you may find out newer models have merits with more snappy feel. I used to use 7010/9020 too and with ssd they seem okay (better than older core 2 duo) but once I experienced Intel 8/9th gen cpu the latter can handle work with more aplomb.

@redxps630 If I install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware do I have to do a wipe clean installation or can I do an upgrade if I want to keep my stuff, I am only using Windows 11 if the DVD Drive plays DVDs since it plays DVDs on Windows 10, and I will put my pc on UEFI mode, should I enable Secure Boot or keep it disable?

wipe clean is best.  you can back up your data on external hard drive.

Win 11 has media player to play dvd too.

secure boot is irrelevant, either way is ok.
