Windows boot manager missing Windows 10 both desktop and Laptops - Recurring
Hello,
We are having an influx of the same issue at my company, computer start not booting, and when diags are ran, the hard drive passes. The bios sees that the hard drive is attached. Trying to recover the MBR fails, as well as trying to replace the hard drive. Updating Bios does nothing. Hard drives are mechanical drives, set to UEFI on and Secure boot off. Running Raid on. If I can even get the units to PXE boot thru our SCCM server, the process will freeze mid-boot. I have had roughly 30+ devices run into this issue, and the numbers are climbing. I have in the past only been able to "fix' the issue by having the motherboard in the device, both desktop or laptop, replaced. If anyone else is having this recurring issue, or has any ideas for me how to possibly fix the issue in another way, I would love to hear ideas.
Thank you

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
We received an update from our level 3 and they still need more information to isolate the issue. Please give us below information so that they can replicate the issue.
1) Are these on the same BIOS versions?
2) Did all of them start to have issues after a specific update rollout? Common network driver versions perhaps?
3) I would also advise we double check boot options for these, maybe even get snapshots.
4) Also, what exactly are you trying to do as well as at what point it fails. If there are any snapshots or videos you can share so we have a clearer idea and it provides some context to the perceived failures.
