bdeandrade,

Unfortunately. you will need to go to the maker of the fingerprint device for support and configuration of their product.

bdeandrade,

Windows Hello is a biometrics-based technology that enables Windows 10 users to authenticate secure access to their devices, apps, online services and networks with just a fingerprint, iris scan or facial recognition.

Once you have the required hardware and driver to actually setup Windows Hello is very easy.
  1. Access Settings.
  2. Select Accounts.
  3. Select Sign-in options.
  4. Scroll down to the Windows Hello section and select Set up from the Face section.
  5. Click Get started on the Windows Hello setup dialog

Hi Jesse,

Thanks for your answer.

I did this manipulation but I have a sentence who tell me "windows hello isn't available on this device".

Can you help me ? My system doesn't have fingerprint so I bought one but with Windows Hello I can't use it.

Thanks.

Regards.

Devices with face sensors (WEBCAM) or fingerprint readers (ECOID) will work with Windows Hello.  Drivers for that hardware are not native to windows and must be installed.

The Logitech C920 is not a Windows Hello-compatible webcam, FYI.
