wired ethernet status says connected, but I can't ping
We are having different models in optiplex.But in some models like optiplex 390 and 380 with windows 10 are getting one issue with ehternet could please share solution
Problem "wired ethernet status says connected, but I can't ping any other device/computer"
attached drivers version ,we tried to install dell drivers but we failed to found those once
Please help us to finding a solution

Neither the 380 or 390 is (officially) supported by Dell for Windows 10. Thus it may require installing a Windows 10 fully compatible NIC card in these.
If it is compatible, Windows 10 would have installed the needed driver.

The 380 and 390 work fine with 10. Not supported does not mean not working. When 10 drivers are not available you must use VISTA/7 WDDM drivers.
390 NIC

Uninstall those drivers and delete from Device Manager. Let Windows PnP device and load it's own latest (working) driver.
