Wireless adapter Optiplex 7440 AIO

Question

My friend got a used Optiplex 7440 AIO, but it did not have a wireless card in it. I thought I got the right one from Amazon, but it was different and wouldn't fit in the slot. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G42J6KQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Does anyone know the correct wireless adapter I should get?

Also what is the correct way to attach the 2 leads to the card?

In the meantime, while I'm waiting for the internal wireless adapter, I only have a couple of netgear wireless usb's. How would I, or can I, add the netgear driver to the Dell OS Recovery usb? I know you can do it with a microsoft win10 boot usb...
