1855 KVM Issue

Hi, we have a 1855 chassis with 10 blades in.  At the moment we have  dongle that connects to the back which allows us to connect it to a monitor, keyboard and mouse.  Up till now we've always used the buttons ont he front of the blade to switch the server we can administer using the keyboard, mouse and monitor.

Is there a set of keystrokes we can press on the console that will allow us to change the administered server, Ive tried Print Screen and also Scroll Lock, sequences but they don't appear to work.

At the moment Im not sure what model the built in KVM is but Vive tried keystrokes for the standard module and the Avocet analogue model.   When I look up the spec via the Tag number it just says

FRONT & REAR USB CABLE/DONGLE FOR KVM, A

KVM SWITCH MODULE (KEYBOARD, VIDEO, MOUSE

(it misses the last few characters off each line)

any help would be much appreciated.

should bring up the Oscar menu if it's an Avocent KVM. Otherwise, the old KVM module uses:

, , , ; and .

Example, to select server module 2, press , , , <2>, and .

If that doesn't work, remove the KVM module fromt the chassis and send me the Dell part #.
