2650 WON'T BOOT
Hi,
I recently picked up an older PowerEdge 2650, dual 2.4 GHz 400Mhz. The problem is that it doesn't boot. When I power it up the fans start and the drive lights do flash but that's it. The LCD is flashing blue with the name "SERVER" going across. Any suggestions?
