400SC Memory upgrade compatibility

Hello,
I bought two sticks of 256MB to add to my existing two sticks of 256MB for the 400SC Server. The original RAM is branded Siemens 2x256MB DDR PC3200 ECC 400Mhz, the ones I bought through Ebay is branded Mosel with same specs 2x256MB DDR PC3200 400Mhz (advertised as ECC). Now that the 4 sticks are there, Sisoft Sandra indicates some differences, i.e., 1) no mention of ECC in the Mosel one, 2) Technology for Siemens is 9x(32Mx8) while in Mosel it's 8x(32x8). I'm not an expert in Memory so can anyone help me if what I bought is compatible with the stock Ram. How does ECC work in this configuration? Do I have ECC now? Why is that "Technology" different? Thanks for any advice. Here's info from Sisoft Sandra Modules 1 and 2:
