Adding 2nd CPU to Dell PE2950

Hello,

I am getting a used Dell PE2950, service tag [ADMIN NOTE: Service Tag removed per privacy policy]. Originally, and still, this has one Xeon E5345 quad core processor. I'm going to buy another matching processor and heatsink, but I can't seem to find out how to mount the new heatsink to the motherboard. Is there a part number for the hardware to mount it? Is the mount built-in to the motherboard somehow, even on 1 CPU systems (I don't have it in hand just yet, will be picking it up Friday).

Page 94 shows the procedure ... should be nothing extra needed:

All you need is to drop in the CPU by matching the two notches on top, then put the heatsink on top and lock it in.
