Adding Nvidia K2 to my T620 Server

Question

Hi All ,

- Will a single Nvidia K2 GPU with x2 750 watt psu work ? Or 1100 watt is a must ?

- Do I need to keep the server in Rack mode ? Or it’s fine in Tower mode. I read it’s a requirement for T640

- Is there any GPU air shroud for T620 ?

- Basically, I have 6 fans assembly and I will purchase 0VDY5T GPU power supply module +Power Cables along with Nvidia K2 Card which I think should be enough for my setup. Please let me know if I need any other components.

It's recommended to have 1100W PSU for GPU installation, page 71. Though, I'm unable to confirm that K2 is supported, as it's not tested and verified by engineering. Only there GPUs are tested:

It's not stated that you need the server to be on Rack mode to install GPU. It should be fine. The server's GPU enablement kit is only available before point of sales. Unfortunately, I do not have sufficient info on the contents of the kit, so I can't provide specific part numbers for you to search online.
