The server will continue to run on one power supply. However, should the one that is working go down, your server WILL go down. That is the whole point of redundant power supplies. If it appears that you have a bad one, get it replaced ASAP. If you can do a little more torubleshooting, try flip-flopping the power supplies (ie, move PS1 to PS2 slot, and vice versa). This will allow you to see if the issue follows the bad power supply. If it doesn, then you have other issues, possibly mother board or back plane (I think that's what it is called).
