blue screen after bios/raid controller update
Updated bios and PERC 3 raid controllers this morning on the DC. Restarted and now server blue screens in a loop. Blue screen is too quick to read. Any one else have a similar experience? Trying to repair from CD at the moment. Is there a way to restore the old PERC 3 drivers as I'm assuming that's causing it.

Is your PERC3 an Adaptec controller?
When updating a PERC firmware, first update the driver, hold off on any reboots and then update the firmware and reboot.
Particularly the Adaptec controller drivers wouldn't recognize the raid controller if the firmware was of a different version than that which the driver was written for.
To recover:
- download the old version of your PERC3 firmware
- apply this (dos boot floppy)
- boot into the OS
- now update the driver first
- re-update the firmware
