BOSS controller card - performance
Hi,
I wanted to ask if using a BOSS card is only useful for starting the Hypervisor or can it also be used for something else? I ask because I read that the disks inside the controller are always Sata and therefore are limited to 6G? if so I don't see the usefulness compared to a classic SSD disk.
Forgive me if i wrote nonsense

BOSS S2 only support "6 Gbps M.2 SATA SSDs" drives. You can check below link for various model and size supported for M.2 drives

I understand that it sits on a PCI(?) card rather than using up two drive bays. And I see an advantage in having the hypervisor on one drive and the VM on another.
