Server 2003 is not supported on the R210 II, which is why SBUU/SMTD didn't list it. There is a very good chance you won't get this installed directly on the hardware and will need to use a virtualization option.
I'm not saying it "is" impossible, just that it "may" not be. What RAID controller are you using? Does your 2003 media have SP2? What is the BSOD stop code?
No problem. You might be able to get it working by using a 2003 driver from another machine, as your BSOD is most likely 0x0000007b, meaning Windows can't recognize the storage controller (H200), but even if you get it on there, its chipset and other integrated devices may be the biggest obstacle.
If you want RAID, be sure to configure it before installing ... the H200 does support non-RAID if left unconfigured, and switching to RAID will require a reinstall.
SP2 media would be required to properly support the drivers. nLiteOS.com can integrate that for you.
Although, if I were you, I'd leave 2003 in the dust too :)

Well, that explains that!
It's an H200 controller I believe and no, my 2003 media does not have SP2 on it.
I'm just going to go ahead and install W2K8 32-bit and take it from there.
Thanks Flash!

This is the driver ... if you want to be adventurous:

I'm just going to stick with W2K8. Thanks for the heads up about W2K3!
