Cable kit to remove PERC 6/i, backplane from T310

Question

I want to remove the PERC 6/i RAID controller from my PowerEdge T310 so that I can connect my storage drives to the motherboard and use a software RAID.  There aren't enough power connectors from the power supply to do this now.  Is there a cable kit available so that I can do this?   Thanks.

That's not what I want.  What you show there connects drives to a PERC 6/i card in a server that doesn't have a backplane.  I want to connect my drives to the motherboard, not to the PERC 6/i. Thanks.
